Need support? The easiest way to get help is by emailing your request to support@renewablenergy.com.
Here’s how it works:
When you email support@renewablenergy.com, a service ticket is automatically created in our support portal: https://support.renewablenergy.com/en-US.
You’ll get email updates as we work on your ticket.
When we reply, you’ll receive a notification by email. Simply reply to that email thread to respond—your message will be logged directly in the ticket.
There’s no need to log in to the portal unless you want to! But if you do, you can check the status of your ticket anytime.
