How to Request Service via Email
Need support? The easiest way to get help is by emailing your request to support@renewablenergy.com.
Here’s how it works:
When you email support@renewablenergy.com, a service ticket is automatically created in our support portal: https://support.renewablenergy.com/en-US.
You’ll receive email updates as we work on your ticket.
When we reply, you’ll receive a notification by email. Simply reply to that email thread to respond—your message will be logged directly in the ticket.
We strongly recommend that you create a login for our support portal so that you can check the status of your ticket at anytime.
