Need support? The easiest way to get help is by emailing your request to support@renewablenergy.com.

Here’s how it works:

  • When you email support@renewablenergy.com, a service ticket is automatically created in our support portal: https://support.renewablenergy.com/en-US.

  • You’ll get email updates as we work on your ticket.

  • When we reply, you’ll receive a notification by email. Simply reply to that email thread to respond—your message will be logged directly in the ticket.

  • There’s no need to log in to the portal unless you want to! But if you do, you can check the status of your ticket anytime.

Why this helps:

  • It keeps all communication organized and in one place for both you and our team.

  • It ensures nothing gets missed, even if multiple people are involved in the conversation.
