Configuring Enphase Alert Notifications

Enphase app notifications are a helpful way to stay informed about the status of your Enphase Energy System.

Push notifications send you an alert on your phone in the app, where email notifications go to your email.

We recommend enabling Production and Hardware alerts so you are notified about issues that may affect system performance.

We do not recommend enabling Communication alerts. These notifications can be triggered by temporary internet or connectivity interruptions and may create unnecessary concern even when the solar and battery system itself is operating normally.
